Since 2014, our CSR initiatives have been paving the way for a brighter and healthier future for all.
Our focus areas are promoting education and healthcare, eradicating hunger and malnutrition, and bringing about environmental and ecological balance.
Philanthropy projects
Our CSR Committee develops policies, recommends expenditure, and monitors contributions. The CSR Manager analyzes social needs, and funds are allocated to Education, Healthcare, Nutrition and Environment. An annual CSR plan is approved by the Board, with progress reported in the Annual Report and FORM CSR-2.

Creating a positive impact
Climate change is complex. Our focus is on strategies that will reduce our footprint through actions in our value chain.
We do this with a data-driven approach, investing in projects, systems, and tools that maximize our potential for positive impact.
The results are there for all to see: our jewelry units achieved carbon neutrality in 2021.
Sustainability initiatives
Biodegradable materials
From incorporating recycled fiber paper - resulting in saving 24 trees and 69% water - to adopting biodegradable polybags, every aspect of production is meticulously curated.
Water conservation measures
From installing low-flow fixtures to incorporating waterless urinals, our initiatives significantly diminish water consumption, fostering a culture of responsible resource management.
Energy efficiency
We optimize our manufacturing processes, invest in energy-efficient equipment, and encourage responsible energy consumption behaviors among our employees. We have taken the initiative to purchase green energy since January 2023, with the goal of at least 50% conversion.
Tapping solar power
Our corporate building at SEEPZ is equipped with state-of-the-art solar infrastructure to tap into the abundant energy resources provided by the sun.
Harnessing wind power
We have strategically installed wind turbines at suitable locations, allowing us to protect the environment and improve air quality.
Rain water harvesting
Our 5,000 sq. ft. rainwater harvesting systems and groundwater recharge systems support operational needs while easing strain on local water resources.
